Perhaps the best way to describe this App is that when it works its best, the results are AWESOME!!! But, most other times, it seems like a dozen mid-level bureaucrats from central planning got together to try and define, no describe, uh uh - compile descriptives of... or the parable of the five visually impaired men coming upon an elephant (search for story if you dont know it). So Camfind is good, some of the time...other times - well like I said, theres a committee of midlevel bureaucrats all seated around....

Its got that rare wow factor you get when an app shows you something for the first time, you didnt even know was possible.

One of the best apps I ever tried on the iPhone

Scanned a ton of things. It knew 99% of them. I even scanned my cat. It knew she was a calico cat. Thats pretty impressive. Drains battery pretty quick tho.

Great and useful app. Provides intelligent research and find capability. Makes you a sudden expert on many subjects. Just snap a picture and there you go. Very cool

Ive tried to stump it with bad photos, like showing just a fragment of the item, or picking something obscure like a random Lego creation, but it always comes up with very relevant results.

Works every time, even if I try to stump it, it gives me accurate results.

Detection capability is amazing

This app is... Amazing. It scans ANYTHING, and comes up with suggestions for what it is! Perfect 99% of the time! It does drain battery like heck though... One suggestion: Can you add a feature where we can import pics from our Photo Library? That would really help. Thanks! Highly recommend this app!

This app should be on every smart phone as CamFind is a very Smart App.

This applications detection ratio is amazing! I could hardly believe it when it detected what kind of breed my dog is. Amazing!

Great, worked every time for me

Yes, it does often recognize objects with surprising accuracy, but it is slow to produce the result, and you can usually type a more accurate query in less time. Also, I have had no success using it as a QR code or bar code reader. Its a fun novelty, not much more. Finally, be warned that it will share your searches with the world unless you explicitly opt out in the settings.

Found some more green bugs nothing like the one you took a picture of. Also instead of scanning this qr code, how would you like to see web pages about qr codes?!?

Needs to be optimized for iPad

Just downloaded the app. Looked good on my friends iPhone, keeps crashing on my iPhone 6.

Makes shopping easier I am totally blind. CamFind helps me identify packages I bought. So, I can organize my groceries, and even make shopping lists of things that I find I like. All without having somebody come into my home to help me. What a great freedom of independence! Thank you CamFind! I love you.

I put a picture of a sexy asian babe and the results were woman with red handband and bow which she was not even wearing!!!!

This app is surprisingly very accurate, I feel like its just Siri in a different app basically, I can snap anything and get direct results and 99% of the time its always right! I definitely recommend this app to anyone who has troubles finding out the little small things we all forget about, or dont know the meaning to!
