Neat, but not too useful

Yes, it does often recognize objects with surprising accuracy, but it is slow to produce the result, and you can usually type a more accurate query in less time.
Also, I have had no success using it as a QR code or bar code reader. Its a fun novelty, not much more.
Finally, be warned that it will share your searches with the world unless you explicitly opt out in the settings.
